Loving - Kindness Relaxation Exercise
This relaxation exercise was very relaxing. It made my heart feel full and warm. I was totally calm and felt refreshed and full of good energy. There was even moments of tears and moments of joy. I also kind of zone out for a little bit. I definitely think that it was a beneficial exercise that I plan to do regularly. I would tell my friends and family to also try it. I know that it can benefit them because it can relax them and help them find some inner peace just as it did for me.
It isn't possible to evolve our psychospiritual life with daily practice. Human flourishing requires effort as well as practice. With that you can be well on your way to a road of health, happiness and wholeness. It requires constant practice, if you don't use it, you lose it!
