Relaxation Exercise

Hello All,

I did the relaxation exercise and it was great! It is amazing what your body can do through your mind. I will definitely use this relaxation technique from now on and I will pass it on to friends. Sometimes I guess that is what we need to do, have control of our body!

  1. I couldn't believe the change in the way I felt after the relaxation exercise. I like how you mention having control of our bodies. This week I feel like I have been completely out of control and it is nice to have something to bring me back down and help me become refocused.
